« Nous avons demandé un thé vers 11:00 pour y accueillir un ami, réponse: “there is no service now”. Puis nous avons demandé pour un entretien avec notre visiteur, au calme car il y avait un match de foot dans le grand salon et beaucoup de bruit, sollicitant de nous mettre dans un salon annexe, réponse: “no that’s not possible”. Déplorable…. Nous n’y retournerons pas »

« The hotel was dated on the outside but once you were in the room we got was clean and tidy. The hotel had parking at the back which was very handy. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was superb 👌 »

« Great stay. Easy self check in. Very clean and contemporary furnished room. Excellent on suite with large powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Mini fridge an added bonus. Very central for Seahouses. »

« Wasn’t sure what to expect with the lodge. It’s a quiet flat separate from the pub. Split across two levels with a living room, twin bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and master bedroom upstairs. Tastefully decorated, cosy and in a nice part of town near the shops, bars, cafes and attractions. »

« I loved primrose cottage so much. It was just perfect for my solo trip. It really felt like a home from home, I felt so comfortable there. The duvet and pillows were so soft and plentiful. The Wi-Fi was great, no issues at all. The kitchen was very well stocked, more than it needed to be but my favourite part of the stay was the shower. It was - hands down - the most powerful shower I've ever had. Just perfect after my run on the beach I really hope I'll be back soon and hope...

« Readers, read this to the end as it contains a balanced review that you will want to consider before booking. We stayed at the Coach house for two nights. It's a in a good location with an excellent COOP (market) just a few doors down. A nice albeit getting old property whose kitchen is well equipped and shower is excellent. The bed is comfortable and overall the property is clean and cozy (it's quite small). Be careful up and down the very narrow stairs to the bedroom. Not much room except...
