"Unit has a pullout bed but not enough bedding for it, not enough towels if you do have more than 2 ppl. Very disappointed in the activities. More than once the “closed” early. My 11 year old missed a lot because we would go to the event that was from 2-4 and at 315 the ride balloon lady said she was done and had to leave. Wouldn’t even give the kids that she was turning away a balloon. Same happened with a trivia and another activity. It’s too bad my daughter is going to w&m starting August and...

"We love this property. We’ve been going there for years. This is the first time I’ve had a little bit of bad service took us two days to get trash bags. We were there for five days. That was very unacceptable that we had a great time and the kids enjoyed their self great. "

"We deided to take a vacation to Williamsburg to visit Busch Gardens. We found this fabulous condo at the Kingsmill resort that allowed pets. When we arrived we were surprised at the size and location of the condo. The resort is a beautiful wooded location with a police security service and a 24 hour guard post manned by police. The area is like a mini town with a country club (not part of the rental) and a lake and a small beach. We found the condo to be quite comfortable with a very homey...

"This was our 2nd time staying at the resort. We first came in 2013 when our kids were younger. We came back because we were familiar with the resort and liked the location. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was quite accommodating with any issues. For instance, they were only a text away when we asked for a few new clean towels and delivered them on time. The pool area was nice after a long, hot day at the local attractions. It’s great to have a condo like this on a family...
