"The place was loud due to the bars outside of our room, but we expected it because of the central location. However, the real issue was waking up to a false fire alarm. Multiple alarm sirens and alerts went off, forcing us to climb down the stairs to the back alley at 3:30 AM. It was cold, and we were the only two there at that time. No one notified us or checked on us at all. We ended up losing 4 hours of sleep."

"Very nice hotel. We arrived February 14th and were greeted with Chocolate covered strawberries. We were attending a family wedding downtown. Close by to every place we needed to go. But...we didn't realize that same weekend (Sunday, check-out day) there was a Marathon going on. I wish check out staff had warned us before we left the hotel. Road blocks everywhere. It took us 2 1/2 hours to get out into the Interstate. It is ridiculous how many road blocks we encountered. Marathon Hosts need to figure out a better plan for these runners. They aren't the only ones contributing to the Austin economy."
