"We loved this modern home for our stay with 3 adults and 4 teens. Lots of great indoor and outdoor spaces to spread out. We even enjoyed the hot tub. Overall, highly recommend!"

"The Kasita Nest was superb! Everything was clean and pristine. Loved getting to stay here and experience the modular first hand. Location was a little outside of the Austin “hubbub”. But that’s a bonus for us. Would highly recommend!"

"The home and the neighborhood were perfect for a weekend in Austin - comfortable with everything we needed and very accessible to SoCo and Downtown. Property management was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"House was nice overall. Had all the of the amenities needed. Lots of great activities. The view from the top of the house was amazing. The house smelled a little like smoke when you first walked in. The hot water was not great and the shower between the two bedrooms needs a little work. "

"No complaints about this wondeful house. Great location, appointed nicely, great community space for plenty of people. Its a bit of a walk to the main attractions on confress but still plenty of restaurants and bars close. Cosmic pickle is very close we loved it and a quick jaunt back through thr neighborhood to moon coffee is recommended. "

"We were in town for my nephew's wedding in Georgetown, and we booked this house for 3 nights. The house is beautiful and very spacious and even has a pool and small guest house in the back. The house was very clean when we arrived and equipped with everything we could possibly need, including pool table, games, toiletries, pots/pans/dishes/utensils, and stuff to make coffee.
