"I would like to take a moment to share some positive feedback about my recent stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Chino Valley, AZ. My family and I unexpectedly stayed at this location for four nights over Christmas. While I typically prefer higher-end hotels, this was the only option close to my parents in Paulden. I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by your staff, especially Kaylee. She made our stay remarkable and ensured that our Christmas Eve was warm and welcoming. My family of four never had to ask for anything—Kaylee was always one step ahead, providing extra towels and hot cocoa without us even needing to request them. As a Gold member with Expedia and a frequent traveler for work over the past four years, I've encountered many hotel experiences, but none have compared to the heartfelt kindness we received from Kaylee. It's evident that she loves her job, and I commend you for having her represent your company. Our hotel room was warm, impeccably clean, and incredibly relaxing—three essential qualities for a great stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone planning a trip. Fantastic staff, a wonderful hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Kaylee is—she truly stands out! Thank you for a memorable experience! "

"I highly recommend this hotel. It’s 5mins drive to Whiskey Row. Free hot breakfast (typical hotel breakfast). Bed is comfy. Room is clean. Staff are great! Stayed here for 1 night for NYE Boot Drop. "

"I don't think we will stay anywhere else in Prescott. My husband and I came up for a 2025 planning weekend and were blown away from the second we walked in to the minute we left. Upon walking in we were greeted with the smell of fresh baked cookies and the kindest front desk attendant (Malia). Already the Lobby is inviting and provides ample space to relax and enjoy including a roaring fire. We stayed in a King standard that was great for the two of us including a cute balcony. The breakfast in the morning was incredible! Sausage, bacon, potatoes, eggs, danishes, bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and a waffle maker. Coffee and water are available in the lobby as well as a little bar with snack or drinks to purchase. We were about 10 min from the square and already we can't wait to return. "

"We were in town for a wrestling tournament and this hotel was very close to the venue which was a huge plus. It is conveniently located near many food places as well as shopping. When I walked in to check in, I was greeted promptly and the front desk lady was friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The room was big and clean. There was a welcome message on my TV, which I thought was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast was nice and had many different choices such as omelets, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, cereal and a variety of other items. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely stay here again. "
