"The toilet paper roll holder was broken. Paint was chipping off of the ceiling. The cabinet/closet was broken. There were no hairdryer nor an Iron. Which I thought was the standard everywhere. I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. "

"First of all amazing hotel and even better service provided. Exceeded expectations. Well happy. Chose this hotel for few reaosns. Distance to Haram Food places near hotel Cleanliness and room for family. Didnt try food but it smelt so good. Receptionists Abdul Razaq & Abdul Rahman Atif were super nice and helpful. We didnt face a single problem. Kids enjoyed the stay and wife didnt complain either. All in all very good experience and enjoyed oir stay will definitely book again."
