Lovely hotel, the beds are extremely comfortable. Easy access to the shops and public transport, and there is a bakery around the corner that does fantastic doughnuts. Great for a city break.

Very convenient location for us and very nice to have the airport shuttle! The floors in our room were weirdly squishy and noisy; they obviously weren't installed correctly. No iron in our room but there was an ironing board. Everything else was fine!

Convenient central city location. Two minutes walk from the Grand Opera House, the famous Crown Inn as well as the Europa Bus Station. Very welcoming reception and concierge staff. Attractive decor throughout the hotel. Comfortable and spacious accommodation with a great view of the city from a high floor as per my request.
