"Super sketchy!! The location was exactly what I needed because I come to Urbana to see my daughter who lives a block from there and spend nearly no time at the hotel (thank goodness!) Dirty, smelly room overall. Leaky shower faucets with a tub that didn’t drain well. Completely unsafe stairway they roped off with crime scene tape on my second day. Thankfully I didn’t discover the cockroaches until the morning I was leaving."

"We were just in town for the night for a concert. The hotel is clean and the bed isn’t bad. The pillows are awful, small and soft. The room temp was ok. Water pressure was really terrible and it took awhile for the water to warm up. It was Mom’s weekend at the university here so it cost $300 for the room. It was definitely not worth that but it was cheaper than most other places. It served the purpose. "

"Not happy that there was not an ice machine on our floor. We had to ask the front desk for ice and they barely gave us any. Please put out a water container that use to be there again, had to ask the staff to turn the water in the dispenser on because I was not going to buy a bottle of water. The staff was not happy about that Your hotel use to have water set out in the lobby "
