"Interesting layout. To get to my room I actually had to exit the lobby area, go back outside, jump in my car and drive it around the block. Then there was a very short walk to the outer door which needed a key card, and my room was another short walk from that actual door. The room was much bigger than I expected, the bathroom was clean, the curtains were good at blocking the light, and the bed was very comfortable. Thumbs up!"

"Super sketchy!! The location was exactly what I needed because I come to Urbana to see my daughter who lives a block from there and spend nearly no time at the hotel (thank goodness!) Dirty, smelly room overall. Leaky shower faucets with a tub that didn’t drain well. Completely unsafe stairway they roped off with crime scene tape on my second day. Thankfully I didn’t discover the cockroaches until the morning I was leaving."

"Overall the place is a decent place to stay for a visit. The lobby and everything was clean. The elevator had a panel that was coming off the wall and can use a little touch up. Stayed on the 2nd floor and you can smell the cholrine (from the pool on the 1st floor they was working on). But once I got into my room it was nice and cozy. Very clean and maintained. My only complaint about the room was the heater was a little loud but I manage to sleep through it because I was tired. The breakfast...

"Friendly staff. Clean rooms. One wing being remodeled, so materials stacked in hallways in places. Also due to remodel, "breakfast" was granola bars and small packaged muffins. Plan on eating breakfast elsewhere."
