"Was a great place to relax and sleep while visiting family in Toronto. Great pool and amenities! Very clean and great staff / service every where we went on property.
*Drinks in lounges were high. Should have looked a drink menu better to see alternative options to hi priced hi balls.

"The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel had a nice hot breakfast buffet and is located near many attractions in the downtown area. Only drawback is rooms are a little outdated and out of two rooms we stayed in one mattress was not comfortable and lumpy. We did see new mattress in the hall as we were checking out so hopefully refurbishment is happening. "
"Once again we were pleased with the excellent customer service and beautiful facilities. Hot tub wasn't up and running which was a disappointment. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is a bit too pricey for us and would prefer to have access to public wifi in our room without having to pay extra. But the location is perfect for short visits to see a show etc. and we will stay there again.
