"Wonderful hotel where the entire experience felt special and luxurious. The staff are amazing and the service is excellent and attentive. The variety of food and drink on offer was great.
The hotel is located in a nice quiet location but a short distance from beaches and other attractions. "
"We loved loved loved this hotel. The room was spacious as it was a full apartment. Family run hotel with large amounts of space which is rare for japan. The owner is super lovely and friendly. The bath area is exceptional with a large tub. Steps from the beach and minutes from the airport. We'd definitely stay here again!!!"
"Great hotel in good location - walking distance to the local monorail which is handy to get around. Hotel was nice and new, clean rooms and helpful staff!"
"The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The rooms were well equiped just a little bit older than some of the other places we stayed. It is right next to the Fukushuen gardens which was really nice to walk around and feed the fish. Also walkable distance to Kokusai Dori. "

"Its location near the Yui Rail made it very convenient to reach from the airport and to return to the airport. The breakfast was lovely, including many traditional Okinawan dishes and comprehensive international items. Awamori was also surprisingly available at breakfast, which I delighted in drinking. There was also a beautiful water feature inside the walls surrounding the hotel. The architecture of the entrance is a nod to the local culture, giving a warm and inviting atmosphere."

"Amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. Excellent service from the staff - shoutout to Watabe on the reception desk who even helped us book our ferry to Zamami island. Enjoyed lunch, breakfast and a massage here for a reasonable price. Location was perfect, being less than a two minute walk from Kokusai Dori street and a ten minute drive from Naha airport. Lovely, spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Would definitely stay again!!"

"Indoor pool is nice. The hot tub could have been hotter. I couldn’t use the public bath since i have a tattoo. I couldn’t try the breakfast since I left early every day to go on excursions. The hotel is far away from Naha "

"Don Quijote store right in the building makes it easy to buy anything you may need. Good selection of bento. Other markets within a few minutes walk. Especially liked having a monorail stop a block away."
