"We had to evacuate at 3 .30 am due to a fire alarm. The stairwell from the 23rd floor was in poor condition for most of the way. That was very disconcerting and it was impossible to understand the loud speaker instructions until we were at ground level. The staff however handled the event quickly and efficiently."

"I had a great stay celebrating my birthday with hotel x , staff were very accommodating from bel men to front desk and when I entered my room they had a little birthday treat for me.I really did enjoy my stay with the comfortable bed and beautiful room would recommend it when celebrating or just for a night out "
