"We did not receive the room we paid for. We were put in a very squashed room. We also were taken advantage of and missed our train because the person at reception confused us further to make his own commissions out of our queries. Because of this all of the services we paid for after leaving the hotel in Mumbai turned out to be a cost on us with no refund."

"Overall good experience. Serious issues with availability of hot water. One can consider that it was not available. Heard others complaining too. You may consider it was not available during my two nights stay. One does not expect this when you are being charged 8400/-for a room."
