"Booked last minute. I was expecting the breakfast was included but I was told not included when I checked in. I have showed the receptionist that I booked with breakfast but nothing confirmed in my email. I still have the screenshot but wasn’t something they offered me. Was very disappointed. "

"Lovely quiet arra to rest durung business trips, but paying for additional room space wasnt worth it as i had trouble getting in and out the shower due to the door being tight to the toilet. The restaurant also seems to have gone down hill and i was served almost burnt and greasy chips with my gluten free meal"

"The staff in this hotel were just outstanding. My father had passed away and my sister and brother both stayed the night of the funeral and honestly they made our stay better. It was spotless and they have the comfiest beds. Going back in May. "

"We had a terrible stay at this hotel and had to leave a day early. The road way to the hotel is appalling and full of pot holes. On arrival at reception the receptionist was pleasant, we then got to our room, even before entering you were hit by the smell of damp and mould, we entered the room and straight away had to open windows because of the smell. "Brilliant night away with 4 kids -from 1yrs old to 8yrs old. We had asked for an interconnecting rooms which was brilliant. The swimming pool was fantastic. We had a lovely evening meal and breakfast. Always highly recommend the Holiday inn to everyone. Brilliant setting "
