"Convenient in location walkable to all shops and food optuons, close to the tram station if looking to go see other attractions, dislike that lifts were so slow not hotel problem as was long weekend but fact have 1 lift to carpark if on top floors so have to use 2 lifts and that could.take close to 20mins, and our room phone was not working so took almost 30mins to order from room service. Would highly recommend this hotel if want the medium priced hotel as has everything in the one location."

"We really enjoyed staying at the suites, spacious, comfortable and with a great view of the ocean. Had a full kitchen but we didn’t really use it. We used laundry facilities in the suite, no complaints. We needed extra drying racks and laundry detergent and they provided them. Helpful and friendly staff. The only downside is the location. Surfer’s paradise is too busy, too night lifey. We prefer quieter areas, with less busy cafes, bars, night strips. Transport was easy and cheap to go to...
