"I have been coming here for the past 12 years and my family and I love the pools. The lagoon is amazing and unique and the indoor people is gorgeous as well. The outdoor spa has not worked the past few times but the indoor one still works well. The apartments are nice but some of the ones we have stayed in could do with a refresh. Other than that, would definitely recommend as it is also reasonably priced if you find the right deal."

"I noticed mould under sink countertop in bathroom whilst sat on toilet. Room smells musty. We brought our own cereal but couldn’t eat because there weren’t any bowls or spoons and size of tea/coffee cups were ridiculous tbh! Very friendly staff and room was clean though and well made and comfy beds."

"Property was fine. The cleaning of the unit could have been a bit better. The showers had water marks on them and the fridge had leaked leaving water all over the floor in the kitchen. Staff were lovely to deal with and were onto it immediately. Maintenance came and dealt with it next morning. Views were amazing. "
