" I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The check-in process was incredibly quick and efficient, setting the tone for the entire visit. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a fantastic room, which made me feel like a VIP. The bellboys were extremely attentive, not only escorting me to my room but also giving me a brief tour of the property, which was a nice touch. The swimming pool was perfectly warm and inviting, and the hot tub was wonderfully toasty—ideal for relaxation. I loved the property so much that I ended up staying an additional night! It’s clear that the hotel is very well-maintained, with exceptional cleaning staff who kept everything spotless. When I had a small issue with the fridge not staying closed, I used a trash can to prop it, but to my surprise, maintenance arrived right away without me having to ask, fixing the problem promptly. The free parking was a bonus, and the hotel’s location was perfect—close enough to downtown for convenience but far enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere. I can’t recommend this place enough. I love staying here and can’t wait to return!"

"Fantastic magical place. I did not have a good experience with room service. The two times I tried it the first time no one answered the phone and we called and let the phone ring for a long time several times we finally gave up and skipped breakfast. they did have an option to leave our name and number and they would call us back and we did that but no one ever called us back, the second time we ordered my food was cold and we complained and they sent a new plate of food right away, but I was disappointed that it was cold in the first place. The rest of the service was fantastic at the hotel and it was our stay and I’m sure we’ll stay there again and highly recommend it to others. . "

"This was my first time staying at a resort in the U.S. and the experience was great! The customer service was beyond my expectations and the food was fabulous, especially at the Different Pointe of View restaurant (where I got engaged, thank you waitstaff for making the experience incredible)!!! Also, the resort was situated in an ideal part of Pheonix, allowing us to venture off into the city to explore. Highly recommend! "

"The pools and water park were excellent. We were worried about it being too cold in January, but all the water features and pools were perfectly heated just enough to be comfortable. The mini golf and pool volleyball was great. We had a blast. Thank you! "
