Discovered that the sheets were never changed and hair and stains on them- nasty! Though they changed the sheets upon my request, the room conditions were rugged and not in optimal condition. The sink would drain very slowly…was not a pleasant stay.

This hotel has great potential, but needs some uldates. The shower didn't work properly and the ceiling above was peeling. Also the towels and bath mats need to be replaced. We were also told us the water would be turned off from 9pm-5am. There was no acknowledgement of this being an inconvenience. Thankfully the maintenance was cancelled. Still, the hotel is impressive with it's focus on art. The room was comfortable and the city view fantastic! A few updates to the pool area and the plumbing and this place is a winner. We would stay again!

If you’re looking for a tranquil relaxing place to regroup emotionally and re-emerge with a renewed energy this is the place to stay.. The aesthetic of this hotels deigns is one that is sleek sophisticated as well as elegant and extremely sexy. All the staff members from housekeeping to the restaurant were all extremely beautiful inside and out. You could tell that they loved what they do. The FOOD was phenomenal and personalized factoring in guests specific allergies to ensure a safe experience! And what an experience. I treasured my time at this magnificent hotel and I can’t speak on the staff enough they really were so helpful and truly amazing people. And the boring facts my room was near the elevators but still quite love that and so clean throughout the whole hotel. Thank you for an awesome time.

Dining staff and bartenders were great. Our shower was a bit moldy in the corners. I appreciated the fiji water but creates a lot of recycling. The only complaint is that we had a room on the park side which was also where garbage bins were picked up several times. It was a loud process.
