"Our family including 2 kids had a great stay at this hotel. Our room was ready before the 4 pm check in time, staff were friendly and check in was easy, the room was spacious and modern, the hotel was extremely clean and the kids LOVED the pool and water slide. We also enjoyed breakfast at Shelly’s complete with a robot delivering the food! Great stay, we will be back. "

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room. "The game room is big and has a variety of activities for all ages. Pool area is nice but wish the water slides are for older kids and adults. Room furniture and bathroom fixtures are old, but beds are comfy. Staff is very friendly and fast service if a problem arises. Free coffee, tea and water 24/7 is nice. "
