"Best Western went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Hotels.com advertised a room with a sofa bed and a king bed. Since we were traveling with my daughter, that's the one I chose. When I got to Best Western, the room that hotels.com had sent them was a king room with a balcony. They upgraded me, free of charge, for a mistake that want even theirs! We will def be back to this property if we are ever in the area again. "

"This is my 2nd time staying at a Hyatt House and it never disappoints. The hotel and room was nice and clean. They have continental food. The pool was warm. It is very close to Delta Center and parking garage is $24 for one night stay. "
