"Staff is overall friendly and helpful. Everything was really clean but the hotel definitely needs a facelift. Some peeling corners of wallpaper and appeared to have persistent mold in the caulking of the shower. The cleanliness offset these cosmetic problems. I did get stuck in the elevator for a minute (trying to go down a floor for ice because the one on my floor didn't work) when it seemed to be confused and jerked about a bit. I ended up in the 9th floor instead of the 12th. I wouldn't ride...
