"Beautiful lake view room!!!!! Staff helped to upgrade from two beds to one king size bed. One thing that can be improved on - wish there were more options for breakfast."

"Reasonably priced parking structure just across the street. Easy walking distance to Michigan Blvd. Very nice staff. None of the juice or soda options worked at breakfast, other than that the breakfast was great. Rooms were large, but seemed very warm and we weren’t able to get cool enough for sleeping comfortably. But, great restaurants nearby. The kids loved the pool! We would definitely return!"

"We loved our stay, the lobby is gorgeous! When going to our room the building does smell a little stale and old in the halls, however our room was beautiful, clean and smelled very fresh. The price was great and the area was very convenient. "

"I really liked there was parking right there with the hotel, which made me feel safe, and I could come and go as I pleased. The room smelled fresh and clean as soon as we walked in. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again! "

"We were greeted by friendly faces from check in to check out! The check in process took all of 3 minutes and the check out process took about a minute. We used the water taxi to get to Chinatown, so CQ was conveniently across the street from the pick up area. We didn’t mind walking and used the one two pru underground parking garage about 0.7 miles away (12 minute walk) to save some money on parking. Everything was great with that! Our room was very clean and our river view was gorgeous at all times of the day. This was our second stay at CQ and we definitely plan on staying again! "

"The staff was great from the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out. Friendly, accommodating and informative. The only downfall was the valet upon checking out, wait was long and once they pulled pur car up we had to go back to the checkin desk to show we paid. Even after I showed our receipt with valet charged for two nights. Maybe it was a miscommunication, not sure but we would stay at this hotel again."
