"This was a comfy stay, in beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately it was not the cleanest and some of the services advertised were not available Neither affected my stay and I had a good night sleep with great use of the pool and facilities "

"Unfriendly and impersonal reception gave a very poor start to our stay. There was a corporate event underway also, the bar and terrace were heaving so we elected for room service meals. They took 40 minutes and had to be chased up but were delicious when they arrived. No EV charging on site. It wasn't the best stay but I'd probably give it another chance if desperate. "

"My stay was good but the only disappointment was we had z family room with x2 different quilts. One was the right one but the other was more like a matteress cover and i was cold all night. "

"- customer service lacking - no luggage trolley - no room allocated, waited up to 15 mins for check in - Room dusty, and bathroom had not been cleaned at all - dried urine on floor and toilet - key card not working - rooms a bit of a maze - townhouse room - could hear the neighbours - parking supposed to be free, but received a parking ticket which now having to challenge"
