"We had a wonderful relaxing 4 night stay at this beautiful historic hotel. Gorgeous views of the lake ,island and mountains 24/7 . We were on the third floor in the superior suite which was magical. There truly were Condors flying outside our windows and everything we needed in the fully stocked room. The friendly helpful staff made this a highlight if our trip to South America. "

"A lovely little lodge with quaint, rustic decor but excellent amenities. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, and the heated pool was very nice. It's a little outside of the "touristy" village, but that's a bonus if you want some peace and quiet. They even prepared our breakfast a little earlier for us as we were hitting the road early."

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."
