Modern rooms with excellent floor heating - exactly what you want/need after a long day out in Patagonian winter! Good food in the restaurant (arepas!), hot dishes included in the free breakfast, amazing views, reasonably-priced laundry service. Short walk to the town centre. Really friendly and helpful staff. "The only positive about this hostel is that the staff were pleasant and the email communicaiton was clear. Other than that, this place is a dump in need of major upgrade. The common area couches and seats were dingy, sagging and really tired. The bathroom and toilets left a lot to be desired. When I booked this "hotel", I was informed that I had one twin bunk bed. It turns out I was sharing one of 8 bunk beds in the room. The room was full of unwashed body odor. The beds were uncomfortable and...

"Great activities. Staff super friendly particularly Carolina and Carlos. The activity staff was excellent and never not something to do. Easy to meet people. I stayed in a single room which was excellent but others enjoyed their dorm rooms. The resident DJs are excellent and there is music . The pools and decks were another bonus and last but not least the two resident lobby cats Taylor and Jaguar were ambassadors offering themselves for pets . San Telmo is vibrant location .
