"Great team, willing to help. We had a double bedroom with private bathroom, the room was clean, had a good size and good possibilities to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and big, with hot water, the trash bin is emptied every day. Only minus is the bed, which wasn't confortable and pretty noisy. "The only positive about this hostel is that the staff were pleasant and the email communicaiton was clear. Other than that, this place is a dump in need of major upgrade. The common area couches and seats were dingy, sagging and really tired. The bathroom and toilets left a lot to be desired. When I booked this "hotel", I was informed that I had one twin bunk bed. "I was not here very long and the pool closed early so I did not get to use it. The room was comfortable, but the laminated flooring needed repair. Mostly aesthetic. People in the hall could easily be heard which was disappointing. Overall, functional and comfortable."

"Es un hotel pequeño que por fuera se ve sencillo pero sus fascilidades y sus empleados son excelentes. Con La comunicación son excelentes ataravea del what’s app. Nos recibieron antes del check inn; salimos a desayunar a un lugarcito pequeño q nos recomendaron y cuando regresamos ya nuestro equipaje estaba en la habitación. Muy limpio y cómodo. El staff súper agradable y diligentes. Volvería a quedarme ahí."

"We were able to check in a few minutes early, which was great. The front/ security desk crew were friendly & spoke some English to help us. Our unit was exactly as shown & we had some view from the 8th floor & a balcony which was nice. We were about 5-10 mins. from several places that we choose to eat at, which were good & public transportation was the same. Our only complaint was that the bed was pretty firm."
