"We had a balcony, in February! The sunsets and rises were excellent, sounds of the ocean were as expected. We spent 3 nights at this hotel, first time here. Our room was clean and fresh, we had a great time tour around the town, looking forward to coming back !"

"Nice Hotel but since price doubled, last Feb we paid about $100/ni, now $200/ni off season, will go back to Grand Cayman Resort about half the price. We liked being able to charge our EV on the 4th & above floors at Avista but the $10 in KWH energy usage didn't offset the huge price increase."
