"The property had everything we needed for our stay as a family. The rooms are ok but not every room comes with a balcony or an ocean view which we were a little disappointed about. Also the phone in the room was not connected so when I needed to call the front desk I had to walk to them as no one was available when I called using the posted phone number from my cell phone. "

This elevated my experience from the beginning-had my room not been changed, it would have been a poor experience as it was not a cheap stay for 3 nights. Hotel is overall expensive.
