I really appreciated the good quality beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for our use. Tri County Produce is just 2 blocks away and has all the basics. "I received communication indicating check-in, parking and everything else we needed to know daily and during our stay. We had an issue with bedding, however it was sorted out immediately. Parking was easy and convenient. The location is great. A 4 min walk to local groceries and 6 min walk to the beach!!! The room was airy and very clean. There was no ac, which is typical for Santa Barbara, but they had fans in the closet for use. The other rooms were occupied, but never had an issue with...

"The Santa Cruz suite was nice. The bathroom was clean, pretty quiet. We had two cars but parking on the street wasn't an issue for the second car. Although not the property managements fault some lady said I stole her spot in the back I informed her there are no assigned spots. The location was great just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. And about a 45 minute walk to the downtown area. I'd probably stay here again."

The number of baths was super important and the primary reason I booked it instead of hotel. If the 3rd bath was in the extra $ trailer in back, it was not clear. otherwise, a nice place, albeit tiny. Thank you! "

"Very comfortable home and fabulous view. We were a little alarmed when we arrived and just saw a dirt/gravel driveway and no house!. We found it with no problem and there was plenty of parking. We also loved being able to have our dogs with us. It was a great location for a family wedding with many events taking place downtown."

Night time noise from the street was rather loud and the bedrooms did not have sound machines or tvs to drown it out. TVs in bedrooms would be a nice addition for visitors who would like to decompress in their rooms. Even with this, we would recommend and would stay here again!"
