"Regardless of being under construction, this property was very clean cozy with a very friendly stuff. The location is just what you need in Santa Barbara. It’s little confusing to find the entrance because the building is under construction. And Valley parking makes it easy if you drive your own vehicle to Santa Barbara."

"We loved this place , it was a Very nice hotel. The room was clean and nice , location was great for family’s with kids. we wished we would have booked a balcony .. because the ocean views were beautiful!! Only negative - they had some carpets being installed across from us early Friday morning - and there was some partying above us every night until after 2am - Thursday - Sunday ( normally wouldn’t mind but we had our kids with us ). We would stay here again .. just maybe a different room ( balcony ) "
