"The location is very convenient. Very close to restaurants and tourist attractions but on a quiet street. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. Clean room. "Hotel was pleasant. Dined in the restaurant and the young waitress did a mighty job, against all odds. Bar, restaurant and kitchen sorely understaffed, leaving customers waiting to order, receive their meals and pay. At some stages, even the hotel receptionist was helping out in the bar and kitchen. "We arrived a day earlier than our booking and we were accommodated in the upstairs room (with ensuite added) in original old wooden at the back of the garden. It was lovely to be separate from the main hotel building and the charming manageress said we could stay on up there if we wanted for the rest of our stay. "A little far from the main attractions maybe 15 minutes walk. Hotel is very basic but clean and ok for 1-2 night stay. Parking is very good and great for medium/large suv, right in front of the reception based on first come basis. I can imagine it will be packed on peak seasons. Will book again for short stay overs."
