"The hotel and staff are wonderful, highly recommended. My only suggestion is to improve the quality of the complimentary breakfast in the hot food offerings. The standard continental breakfast items were very good, the only disappointment was the eggs and sausages or similar selections were fair at best. Overall, a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites. We will be back!"

"The hotel was very clean and at the heart of everything. Central Park is about a 10 minute walk and Time Square is about 10 minute; however, if you are traveling with kids add another 5 to ten minutes. I love the option of being able to rent an electric bike which is the best way of transportation. The Icon parking lot offers a discount if you get you ticket validated. I do have to mention that eating at the hotel can be very expensive with two beer nothing fancy going for 26.00 and the customers service from the restaurant is not desirable I give them a 3. Overall my experience was good."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in NYC! The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. A special shoutout to Kenneth Addae, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made a big difference. "The staff was great! Even dealing with the disappointing mistake that Expedia made with our reservations and the status of our balance due, they lady at the desk was very patient and understanding with my frustration, showing sympathy and care. She made sure that our room would not be held, being that they were nearly at capacity. Mark, the bellhop, was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly, respectful and treated us like we were the only people staying at the hotel. He knew the issues that I had to deal with checking in and he remembered exactly who we were when we came back to get our things after 5 hours, and where our things were without even needing to look at our ticket. He gave us tips and tricks for navigating the city. He even took the time to teach our 7-year a magic trick. I've stayed in NYC a couple of times, and hands down this was the best hotel experience I've had. Perfect location. Rooms were not shoebox size, they didn't break the bank and equal half of the vaca budget. Our room was clean and well maintained. If I had to find something negative, it would be that the HVAC chiller unit went down for 1 night and the room started getting very warm. However when we called to have someone check on it, a serviceman visited quickly and explained why, that it was currently being fixed, offered a fan, and had us open our windows. It cooled down plenty enough. I am sure in the hot summer, this would be a bigger problem. Regardless, very satisfied. I will go back. "
