"We stayed at this property for the Kiawah Marathon. When we checked in, we notified to local contact that we could hear a low battery chirp from a smoke detector in a locked closet. We were assured there were no smoke detectors in the closet, and that we could remove the smoke detector batteries from the other units. "I have nothing but great things to say about this property. From the moment we booked, the host was in communication and gave us all the info we needed right up until the second we checked out. We opted to rent the golf cart which I recommend doing as it’s so much easier to get around and find parking. The home had everything we needed plus more! It’s walking distance into town or a very short golf cart ride and same to the beach! If you’re on the fence then this is your sign to book it!"

"Absolutely wonderful location - several blocks away from the busier “downtown” area in Folky Beach. Was wonderful to walk out the back door, down the steps to the beach. House is absolutely enormous - so our family of 5 had tons of space. We really enjoyed our stay. Host lives directly across the street and met us as we parked our car to explain a few things.
