"We loved our stay! This home was so beautiful and located near many attractions. The kitchen was stocked with so many options for cooking in and everything was labeled for ease of use. The beach was beautiful and clean and not crowded when we visited. Communication was clear and Proactive. Wonderful home!"

"The photos of the house are outdated but give you a good feel for the house. There are more windows in the living room than shows in the pictures. The furniture has also been upgraded and the upstairs bath has been upgraded. Even some of the porch furniture is better than the pictures. We stayed in December and found the house to be a great spot to enjoy the ocean and relax. The house is closer to the ocean than it used to be, and sea wall construction was in progress while we were there. ...

"Had a long weekend getaway and enjoyed it!! It was really comfortable and lovely location. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Washer/dryer was great feature. Unfortunately, the women bike’s kick stand was rusted in place and tires weren’t well pumped up. So unable to bike around. "

"Our house was damaged in Hurricane Helene and this was the perfect getaway. The beds were comfortable (very important) the deck was relaxing and the appliances were much better that you typically find. Gas stove made for some good cooking. We stay at Seabrook a couple of times a year and this was the best property. The bathrooms could use updating, but perfectly fine/ clean and usable. "

"Hard to park two cars, noisy, not very well equipped.How about some paper cups in bathrooms and kitchen. Napkins. I am comparing this with other units we have stayed at."

"The most serene and quiet beach vacation location ever! The sunsets at Pelican Watch Villas were just awesome! Its a quick walk on the boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. Excellent accomodations. Unit was exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. Seabrook Island is beautiful. The only negative comment ia that it was at least a 30 or 40 min drive to destinations such as shopping and restaurants outside of Seabrook Island. Fresh Fields grocery store was convenient and a bit of a drive from...
