"We stayed for 1 week in January and got snowed in! First snow since 2018, so the snow was a nice novelty providing a fun atmosphere around town and on the beach. Since most things were shut down for a few days, we were happy to have a comfortable bed and couch to chill out on. The place had everything we needed. "We greatly appreciated Miss Alicia (really sweet lady) and the property. My husband, my son and myself with our dogs really enjoyed this cozy and well-equipped condo. We brought our bikes so we could easily get to Central if we wanted. Literally 20 yds from the beach and right @ public access 7. Fenced yard, great rate and awesome location was why we chose this over others. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much."

"As a Charleston local, Folly beach is one of our favorite spots. The Itty Shack was not only adorable, but well stocked and clean. We were able to conveniently walk to restaurants and the beach. The off street parking was also a huge bonus. Katt was very responsive and helpful, which added to a great staycation! We’ll definitely be back! "
