"La Quinta has started a check in process via text messages. I declined to do this because they wanted a picture of my ID. I also got a text asking me to let them know what time I planned to check out. That felt pretty pushy to me. Total of 3 or 4 texts in a day. They now offer early check in if you pay extra for it. I understand trying to increase efficiency, but it was too much. I've been to this hotel many times and I'm starting to see some decline in the condition, but overall it was clean, comfortable and a very enjoyable stay."

"We stayed at the Crosby Hotel for my wife’s birthday, and they upgraded us to a very nice room due to the occasion, and they even put some chocolates in the room with a card. It was a great place and great location. We ate and the restaurant, and the food was DELISH! The Chilean sea bass and crab cakes were amazing! Our waitress was quick to get us some Benadryl seeing we didn’t read the menu well, and realize there was a peanut sauce on the Brussels sprouts that I was allergic to. She reacted quickly, and I was able to take them without any issues. I slept well in our nice king bed after taking 4 Benadryl 😂. "
