"Stayed here for a short get away with our four sons ages 7-15. The indoor pool, hot tub, pool tables and arcade games entertained us all! The pool room is an amazing space to hang out in! Just a short distance for us go visit Mall of America and Afton Alps ski resort. It was such a fantastic find for our family! "

"Overall, it is a great place, but there are no heat vents upstairs which means it is quite cold unless you leave the upstairs doors open so that heat can come up the stairwell. I ended up getting a small space heater to warm up the bedroom I used. I am sure it would be fine in warmer months and I noted that there is a window AC unit in the bedroom closet so summer heat wouldn't be an issue. I would stay here again as it was otherwise perfect me."

The movie room was amazing with the exception of not being able to make the projector and sound all work easily. We had to stream through 2 of our own different devices to make it work. The outside deck areas were full of debris and some of the furniture was ripped. The pool was amazing and very much enjoyed...

"The cottage was the perfect cozy spot! It was the perfect spot to host a girls weekend book retreat. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive!! The hot tub was perfect during these cold temps and the views were incredible. We loved the look of the cabin and the fire place. Highly recommend & hope to make it an annual tradition. "

My sisters noted that the shower curtains had pink mold and the grout needed a good cleaning, thus the 4 stars. The kitchen was well stocked, although the knives could be better with more variety. We decided to give a VRBO a try instead of a hotel this year and we were so happy to have found this home! The host was incredibly accommodating, and very good at communicating. "We came to St Paul for the weekend. Did some hiking, visited a coffee shop and had dinner with friends. This VRBO was a perfect fit. We had plenty of space, it was quiet, it was close to where we wanted to be and our host was easy to contact."

"The property wasn’t too expensive but had maintenance issues. The door on the main floor bathroom had a broken hinge. The light in the main TV room didn’t work. The remote for the TV didn’t have batteries and the bedding and towels for the bathrooms were still in the drier and we didn’t find them until we were leaving. "We ended up having 5 adults and 4 children in our group. The home was cozy and we had plenty of room. In my opinion the kitchen was the only downside to this property. We were there for Christmas and stayed inside. Could have used bigger variety of cookware and the dishwasher doesn't work."

"We were in town for a cheer competition and had never been to the city before. I will go with the not amazing parts first - if you want to park AT the hotel, it is valet only and an additional $32 per night. There is a parking garage across the street - we were there in winter, and my teen daughter brought the house with us - so walking back and forth, in the snow was a hard no. The GPS took us to where the apartment residents pull in to park - NOT where you go as a hotel guest for valet. We had to go around the block a few times until I finally figured out WHERE the valet was for the hotel - it is NOT well marked; even the hotel itself - there's only a small sign by the doors. When you are trying to navigate traffic, in the snow, thru one way streets and multiple stop lights, in a place you've never been - it was awful. Once I was finally inside to go check in, the woman at the front desk was NOT friendly.. at all. Maybe she was just having a bad day but, it was not a good first impression of the hotel. That all being said.. when we finally got to our room, WOW! The room more than made up for our rough start. It was HUGE! And SO nice. The height of the windows and ceiling, the layout, the bathroom, all was GREAT! Breakfast at the hotel was good. The lobby/breakfast area/seating area was clean and inviting.. in between competitions we hung out and chatted down there. Overall it ended up being a good stay in one of the nicest rooms I've been in! "

"Your valet service is impeccable. Wes at the grill was so great as was the other bartender. My only opinion other than that is that you should keep the bar open later on state hockey tournaments. The games get over late and we are not served at them. I would love to come back and have a cocktail. Also, increase the size of your bar. I see a lot of empty tables but no room at the bar. I have been in the wine and spirits industry for 35 years. Thank you."
