"This hotel was so nice! From the couple of phone calls I made prior to checking in, to walking into the lobby, to coming and going and to checkout, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful !!! So very nice! It felt like walking into a movie set in the lobby and the room! Very pleasant atmosphere and experience the entire stay! We stayed here to go to a concert at The Rave, which was right across the street . The shuttle drove us over to keep us warm! Convenient parking in the garage onsite. "

"We stayed at the club level which included a continental breakfast in the club lounge. It was lovely, however, the lounge was not open in the evenings. Perhaps they didn't have the staff or the demand. The bar downstairs was open so not a real issue. Otherwise everything else was very nice and extremely convenient to downtown and the university."
