Tourist Homes of Richmond Church Hill North

4.0 star property
6.8 out of 10, (3)
"The property was very well-appointed and clean. The area was transitioning and there were many places that looked unsafe. There was a set of blinds on one window that would not go all the way down, so that made me nervous. I propped things up against both doors for added security. Surprisingly I slept straight through the night which lets me know it was quiet and peaceful that night. I would try it again, though. "

Downtown Living in Richmond's Amazing Shockoe Bottom

9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (21)
"My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. The kitchen is very small which is okay but not well pictured in the listing. No extra toilet paper just the single half roll you get when arriving. The ‘free’ parking is at max two spaces in front of the building. Which were always full. The parking lot next to it is very dirty, broken glass and full of...

Downtown Living in Historic Richmond Loft

8.4 out of 10, Very good, (51)
"Nice apartment within a larger old building. Perfect for our evening out. We did dinner at Rappahannock (2 blocks away) and a show at The National (5 or 6 blocks). And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. "

Lovely 1-Bedroom Loft with Free Parking and Wifi

9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (11)
"We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

Charming 2-bedroom apartment in delightful Richmond with a breathe taking view

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"This is spacious and comfortable and worked well for a girls weekend. You are just outside the city but close to everything. The canal is right across the street with walking paths and great views of the water and city. Only downside is the noise if you aren’t used to the city or traffic noise. "

Charming Manchester Gem with Fenced Backyard & Off-Street Parking

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (39)
"Just back from a stay at this property and it was just as described. I would stay there again without hesitation. I would recommend a good cleaning in the living room - dry cleaning the couch as well as rug, which is why I rated cleanliness with 3 stars. I had a little trouble with the check in, but the owner was available as needed. Not sure if this is VRBO or the owner, but I would urge a check out time of no later than noon. If it had been, I would not have to have left dishes in the sink! "

Stunning Modern Studio Will Take Your Breath Away

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (29)
"You delivered what you promised. This was a well designed, stylish place. So clean! I was comfortable (once I figured how to work the heat!) and I loved the neighborhood. There were a few bulbs out, so a check on that is a good idea, but it did not cause a problem, as there's plenty of lighting. Communication was great. Any issue I had (the room code) was fixed immediately, with a quick phonically."

Brand New, Gorgeous Studio Close to Everything!

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (30)
"Next to Pizza Bones and a half block from Union Market, where I ate regularly. The only drawback is not the owner's fault. Richmond, Virginia has unreliable infrastructure. Several times a year, the power goes out in entire neighborhoods. This time, the power went out in the water treatment plant and this caused the water to shut off for all of Richmond for about two days. No way to flush a toilet! No way to wash your hands! This is Richmond, Virginia. Other old cities seem to maintain a...

Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in enchanting Richmond with WiFi, fitness room, pool

7.4 out of 10, Good, (3)
"So we didn’t stay here because the day of check the host messaged that the AC had gone out. She couldn’t fix it before after our stay and immediately refunded us. I was disappointed that we had to find another place to stay but this host deserves five stars for being considerate and communicative. Many others would have just said come on, I’ve got a fan. Top notch, will book again on our next visit to Richmond. "
