I thought the staff and customer service was amazing here! They heard any concerns I had. They looked after me and my family there! The concierge was great. I would recommend this hotel. "Hotel 32 32 was great. Located near the heart of Korea Town, its only a 20 minute walk from Time Square, and about a 10 minute walk to the Empire State Building. The location is right by a train station, and there is plenty of delicious Korean food options all near by the property. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were great and well priced. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks so much! "
