Quicksburg Vacation Rentals

"Hyatt Place in Harrisonburg, VA was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at on our trips along the coast. The service was amazing, our room was fantastic and we got take out from the restaurant on the rooftop and it was the best ever!!! Highly recommend!!! The only issue we had which had nothing to do with the hotel was that the family or families above us left their kids unattended from 6-10 pm while they went to dinner and the kids were loud, jumping around, yelling, etc. At 10 the parents returned and even then the TV was loud and the parents and their friends were trying to speak over the TV. I was dealing with a dry cough keeping me up but around 11 pm I put in my AirPods and finally slept. Apparently others complained as well. The floors are beautiful wood but no carpeting to help with the noise. I will go back the next time we drive through but ask that we not be near a large group."

"Front desk staff are exceptional! Knowledgeable and very kind. Had great recommendations for dinner! My only complaints are, there was a bit of uncleaned floor area next to bathtub, and the breakfast was quite disappointing. Both would not deter us from staying there again. It was close to interstate 81 to get on and off and easily accessable. "

"Really nice hotel and really nice staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. There was a mix up with the check out time as Hotels.com said noon and the hotel’s check out time was 11. But the lady at reception was really polite and considerate. 10/10."

"Unfortunately we did not get much sleep after being on the road all day as the family across the hall had children yelling and running up and down the hallway in front of our door (and slamming doors) until very late hours and then it started again at 6am. I advised the front desk staff. Aside from that, the place is very comfortable and clean and I loved the cookies and popcorn provided at check-in and the breakfast options were very good! "
