"７歳の娘用の浴衣のサイズが合わず、フロントに言ったらすぐ持ってきてくれましたが、結局合わず着れませんでした。極端に大きいのか、小さいのしかなく、せっかくの浴衣を着れず娘は残念がっていました。浴衣の上の羽織も、子供のは用意がなかったです。また、金額は変わらないのに夕飯の内容が子供のは品数が少なかったのはデザートとか、内容を子供向けにするとか対策してほしいと思いました。"

"In our three hotel rooms, the piping at the bottom of the sinks drained into open drains, which caused the hotel rooms to smell pretty awful (like sewage). There was also mold in the bathroom and the air conditioner vents were covered with grime and dust. I don't recommend staying here - spend the extra money to stay at the Route Inn down the road from this hotel."

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful.
