"This hotel was a great experience! The location is wonderful, easily walkable to many major attractions. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is very clean. The house keeping goes beyond and organized our toiletries and folded a pair of Panama’s pants I had left in the bed while we were out for the day. The restaurant inside is delicious the wait staff are very friendly. I had accidentally left my lip gloss and when I returned for breakfast my waiter from the day prior personally returned it. The pool and pool deck are also clean and well maintained. Definitely would stay here again!"

"No complaint with room or restaurant. Shuttle service from airport was very slow between calling hotel from airport and pickup. Checking in the shuttle was already booked for the 2 times we had to leave so we had to take a cab. $35. Hotel was very close to airport. "

"Smack in the middle of downtown Toronto. Looked clean and safe. Public transit available for used rental to get around. "

"The most amazing part was our room, check in was easy and the different places to hang out inside this hotel were tremendous, so posh and exquisite decore, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Will be back and maybe will try out the pool next time, didn't get this this time."
