"We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were offered canapés while we waited to check in. The doorman asked why we were visiting, and when I mentioned it was for my wife’s birthday, he kindly returned with a gift of chocolates for her. We loved the high ceilings in our room, and it was beautifully decorated. The bar area was stunning, and we enjoyed our drinks, although the £30 for two cocktails felt a bit pricey. I would definitely recommend this hotel; it deserves 5 stars! Additionally, the parking across the road for £13 for 24 hours was very convenient. The only downside was that using the pool required an extra fee."

"It was perfect for Our stay of just one night. The room was spotless with a well equipped bathroom inc. towels. Staff were courteous & answered any questions. The hotel is well situated just off Piccadilly."

"Couldnt fault anything apart from we were in room 131 and the privacy in the hot tub lacked a bit. Everyone that passed either on foot or in a car were gawping at us. A non clear banister would stop this. My wife felt a little bit awkward walking to and from the tub. "

"Very nice hotel. Walkable distance from Terminal 3 at the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. I was travelling with my 4 month old and even though they don't offer room service, they made an exception to make my stay more comfortable. Also tasty food. Nice and clean room although not too big. Definitely will be staying there again."

"Great trip staying in this Grand Hotel, all staff were friendly, entertainment was good, only downside was the fire alarm went off twice during our stay but that can’t be helped, if people don’t follow the instructions to keep the bathroom door closed when showering. Beds were comfortable although would have preferred a softer pillow (my preference). Tram stops just across the road from the Hotel so it’s a great location to be in."
