"This is obviously an older property but you can tell the management and staff work hard to make it as good as it can be. Beautiful pool and waterfall."

"We liked the area however the exhaust did’t work for bathroom which is not that big of a deal. I did talk to front desk and the engineer was supposed to call and come to fix it but never showed up!!"

"Nice place to stay they offer plates, silverware, coffee maker, iron and ironing board pots and pans just about anything you would need for an extended. Stay that no charge just for the asking. The only thing I can say that wasn’t really good. Was the carpet could use to be cleaned Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay."

"Although this hotel is difficult to find, it is in close proximity to Maitland and is very nice. The kitchen was generously stocked with snacks and drinks and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast staff did a particularly nice job. There is an Applebee’s adjacent to the hotel, which otherwise in an office park. If you’re looking for nightlife in Maitland, you’d do better to stay in one of the many hotels near Lee Road and Winter Park. Park Avenue in...

"The location is good, close to downtown. Some suspicious people walked around which made me feel unsafe. Also super loud at midnight 3am, the person at upstair made a lot foot step and floor pouching noises, it was very annoying. No breakfast offered. Overall, it’s worth the price. "
