"Although this hotel is difficult to find, it is in close proximity to Maitland and is very nice. The kitchen was generously stocked with snacks and drinks and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast staff did a particularly nice job. There is an Applebee’s adjacent to the hotel, which otherwise in an office park. "The third room choice was clean and comfortable. I think the bathroom floor perimeters needed a good cleaning using a stronger detergent. And it may be time to replace or resurface the tub. The sulfa water odor is noticeable, but the shower worked well. We slept well though the AC unit had a particular whine.
