"I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."

"Great property in the remote and rural Breakfast had to be preordered from the night before so the staff can make preparations in the morning.The host was very gracious and welcoming, he explained all the necessities upon arrival. Host also explained that he took over the property a few months ago and was still familiarizing and learning with the staff. "Wonderful maintenance staff. Greeters/receptionists were amicable, knowledgeable and well rounded. The property is well kept and is really blessed with flora and fauna. Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There are three main pool areas as well as three main beach areas. The resort has non motorized water sports like kayaking and sailing included. We went sailing one day and loved it. I also visited the Zilara spa towards the end of my trip and thought it was worth every penny. Would definitely come back!!"

"Where do I start?? I visited with my family of 6 to celebrate my birthday and my butler Ronald made sure to make this birthday memorable! Many of the staff members would walk by me and wish me a happy birthday! I can’t wait to visit Jamaica again because I will definitely stay at Jewel again! "
