"Decent accommodations, but dated. Limited food options, but adequate. Nice beach front with private island, but limited activities. Lovely experience overall, but definitely several notches below the top tier all inclusive options out there. Perfect if you’re not picky, but might be frustrating to those that are. "

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There are three main pool areas as well as three main beach areas. The resort has non motorized water sports like kayaking and sailing included. We went sailing one day and loved it. I also visited the Zilara spa towards the end of my trip and thought it was worth every penny. Would definitely come back!!"
