"The hotel was perfect for myself and family, from checking in with Mr Reed the manager to checking out it was a breeze!!!! The food in the buffet was amazing i actually enjoyed the buffet food more than the food at rum factory. The rooms were perfect!!!! I will actually book with them in future. "

"The lobby was so pretty, open, and airy. However, the rest of the resort was old and outdated. The elevators were down in the building my room was in, so we had to use the staff elevator in another building. My room was nice and clean, yet the sliding patio door was warped and couldn't close completely. The cafeteria/buffet food was okay, however, the staff wasn't keeping the flies out or cleaning up the spills."

I needed to buy pain reliever and it was $3 per pill, that's nuts. I had planned for a massage but the wanted $210 for 1 hour. Thats crazy. The poor massage therapists were very bored because it was so expensive. Iended up spending an extra $428 and while its not terrible, I wasn't planning on it because of the All-inclusive...
