"The hotel was perfect for myself and family, from checking in with Mr Reed the manager to checking out it was a breeze!!!! The food in the buffet was amazing i actually enjoyed the buffet food more than the food at rum factory. The rooms were perfect!!!! I will actually book with them in future. "

"The lobby was so pretty, open, and airy. However, the rest of the resort was old and outdated. The elevators were down in the building my room was in, so we had to use the staff elevator in another building. My room was nice and clean, yet the sliding patio door was warped and couldn't close completely. The cafeteria/buffet food was okay, however, the staff wasn't keeping the flies out or cleaning up the spills."

"My overall experience was pleasant and comfortable. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only negative experience was the main beach. There were rocks in the water and no warning of such. One gentleman guess heard me complain and asked that I include his fall in the rocks where he bruised his knees. "

"Was not the overwhelming experience I was expecting as all inclusives tend to be. Instead it was a relaxingly paced space with alternative/optional areas to be in the middle of the action or in serene havens of the property from the beach to the pool and building gathering spaces. I was also able to score a room facing the lush green areas around the property making for a quiet relaxing sleep.
