"The staff were very friendly and helpful 10/10 customer service. The property is walking distance from Times Square and was very convenient. The room is in okay condition. However the toilet gave us trouble every single day of the trip and we had to keep calling reception to send the handy man to unclog it. However the receptionist gave us a discount for the trouble. The room was also very hot, I would recommend leaving the windows open. Overall a great stay. "

"The room was perfect for me and my grandson. Our room consisted of bunk beds. The only thing is the TV did not work properly but in NY City who cares! Would gladly stay again!"
