"This unit is perfect in every way. All the rooms have a view of the water and one can spend hours just staring at the waterways, waiting and watching as birds come and go only interrupted by the passing small hunting/fishing boat. Communication with the management company was smooth with fast responses. No check in per se which makes it easy to arrive, unload and relax."

"My husband and I rented the condo for a week. The place is quite spacious. It was very clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was pretty well stocked with anything we could have needed. The sunset from the back porch was nothing short of phenomenal! We watched a few coast guard training drills in the channel while relaxing on the back deck. We will definitely recommend this condo as a premier place to stay on the island."

The internet must have worked well because we heard no complaints from the teenagers who were online with friends when not in the pool or out and about the island. Great views. Spent a lot of time birdwatching off the porch. The rental management company quickly fixed the air conditioning when it stopped working. We alternated nights between eating out and cooking dinner in. Kitchen has plenty of space for food storage and to cook. Plenty...

"My car was hit in the parking lot. There was no note left and while this is not directly the responsibility of the property management, it would have perhaps not have happened if there were lights around the property making vehicles more visible. Also, the pool is disgusting. I believe the pool surface just needs repainting but it looks gross and made me question its cleanliness. The pool was a big factor in renting here and then to not be comfortable in using it was a big turn-off."
