"We had a group of seven families from the Orlando area stay at the house. We had 17 kids and 14 adults and in a word… It was fantastic! The house is beautiful, even the pictures don’t do it justice. The view from the back deck is stunning and we spent a lot of time at the fire tables in the evenings, enjoying dusk and the occasional snowfall. The pool was made available to our crew and we enjoyed the pool and/or spa daily. Pool/spa are modern, up-to-date, and easy to use. The large kitchen and seating area accommodated our crew easily. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed using the gas stove top and two full-size refrigerators inside. We benefited with having two large sofa/TV areas with our big crew. There was one issue with one of the showers not working upon arrival, but it was resolved efficiently and quickly by Michael, the owner. We had a request for extra towels and we were promptly assisted. The beds are comfortable and each room is equipped with a sound machine to assist with noise. The kids were happy to find snow tubes in the garage and spent several fun evenings sledding on the hills in the neighborhood. Communication with Michael was easy and his responses were timely. The only suggestion that we could think of, is placing shades on the windows in the second floor TV room to block the light from the gym when we were watching a movie at night. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back."

"The property was extremely clean and well thought out. We loved the view of Bear Lake and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would love to stay there again in the summer so we could enjoy more of the outdoor activities. The property manager communicated with us promptly and the check in was easy and private. "It's beautifully set up for large groups. Bedrooms tucked away and a large open gathering space. Laurel was awesome coming to give me a tour and show me how to use all the things like the pool and projector. We loved the sunsets out the back with the horses. Everything was organized and labeled well. "
